I have explored quite a few towers and mines and caves and such, and they actually seem worthwhile for once. I think I do have enough for a donkey though. The horses I found for sale went for 3000! I tried to steal one to no avail. There is a hollow log on the island you can loot. i don’t even want to think about how much an actual good horse costs. I don’t think i will be a fan of no fast travel though. It kind of amused me that i couldn’t kill either of two rats because they ran when almost dead and my freeze spell couldn’t hit them no matter what with them running wildly around the forest. The fire one is just a low cost fire touch, pretty decent. If the enemy is moving at all, it will miss them. The freeze one can’t hit anything, either that or i just stink at it. I finally found someone teaching a couple spells. I am either going to be very happy for choosing a mage or very sad. It seems incorporated in everything which i learned soon after performing… certain actions in the first mid sized town i entered. After you get your stuff from the chest and get the quest to find out what is on the map, where is the treasure? There is an X on and island, but i looked all around the island and there is nothing there. I found one quest i couldn’t find the answer to.
