In the Group Policy Editor, use the hierarchical list of options on the left side of the window to navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds.Right-click on the gpedit.msc result and select Run as Administrator.The top result should be the Local Group Policy Editor as shown in the screenshot below.
